The Plan

After you submit a message, I’ll reach out via email. We’ll meet or have a call to discuss your vision, location and wants. We’ll sign a contract and start planning all the details.

The Elopement

The day of the elopement will be one of the most memorable days of your life. Since we’ll have everything planned ahead of time, all you have to do is have fun, enjoy every moment and be yourselves.

The Memories

You'll get your first photo preview in 2 weeks, with some of the highlights from the day. A full gallery will follow 2 months after. You will be able to order prints and wall art straight from your gallery.

Terms of Service

By booking a session or purchasing a package from Malamute Studio, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. Full payment must be made prior to the delivery of the final product.
  2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is available, subject to availability. Deposits are transferable to new dates but are non-refundable.
  3. Photo & Video Delivery: Final images and videos will be delivered via an online gallery or download link within 2-4 weeks after the session date. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
  4. Usage Rights: Malamute Studio retains the copyright to all images and videos. Clients receive personal use rights. Commercial usage or further distribution requires written permission or licensing.
  5. Model Release: By booking a session, you agree that Malamute Studio may use your images for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the session.
  6. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in fee.
  7. Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except in the case of technical failure on the part of Malamute Studio.
  8. Liability: Malamute Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to individuals or property during the session.
